When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days. 

Can I pick up my order myself?

We are an online store and do not have a physical showroom to view and try on items, but exceptions could be made. Contact us @iconswearvintage on Instagram or contact us by mail at info@iconswearvintage.nl

Do you also ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship within the EU + UK

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Yes, all packages are shipped with insurance via PostNL, which comes with additional shipping fees. Your package will be sent securely to your delivery address, and a signature will be required upon arrival. Once shipped, you'll receive a PostNL track & trace code to follow your order. 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees depend on your delivery address and are shown at the check-out.

Euro 1 zone*: Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands).

Euro 2 zone**: United Kingdom (excl. Gibraltar and the Channel Islands), Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, the Channel Islands, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Belarus, Switzerland.

What happens if my order gets lost during shipping? 

If your package goes missing during transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. To start this process, we'll need proof from you that your package was not delivered.

Once the carrier confirms that the package has indeed been lost, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. This refund will be processed once the investigation has been completed.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. Please note: all items come with a security tag, and returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed or if the item is damaged. To return an item, you"ll need to arrange shipping yourself and use a trusted courier. Returns are at your own risk, so we recommend using insured shipping to avoid any issues. The security tag must still be attached and the item must be returned in its original condition. If your return gets lost or damaged in transit, IWV cannot be held responsible, so please make sure to insure your return properly.

How can I return something?

1. Email us at info@iconswearvintage.nl with your order number and the confirmation email.

2. We'll send you the return instructions.

3. Once we've received your item in the original condition (including the intact security tag), we"ll issue your refund within 5 working days.
