How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the location of the bag. Feel free to ask us for an estimated delivery time before placing your order.

Can I return a sourced bag?

Every bag is sourced specifically based on your request, making it a personalized order that cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if the item is proven to be inauthentic by an acknowledged third-party authenticator (either LegitGrails, Entrupy or the original brand) and supported by valid proof.

How much is shipping and do you ship worldwide?

Shipping is included in the quoted price and we offer worldwide shipping.

Can I pick up my order myself?
