Is every bag authentic?

Absolutely! Authenticity is extremely important to us. We work with a team of trusted experts who specialize in verifying designer bags. Each bag is carefully inspected through professional authentication methods to ensure it is 100% authentic before it reaches you. Next to that, every bag comes with an authenticity certificate from an acknowledged third-party authenticator, giving you complete confidence in your order.

How is the condition of a bag determined?

Each bag is categorized based on its condition, so you know exactly what to expect. We use the following five condition levels:

    •    Brand New/Kept Unused – Brand new or never used.

    •    As New – Like new, with no visible signs of wear.

    •    Excellent – Very lightly used, with only minimal signs of wear.

    •    Very Good – Gently used, with light but visible signs of previous wear.

    •    Good – Clear signs of use, but still fully functional and wearable.

Most bags are pre-owned and may show signs of use.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the location of the bag. Feel free to ask us for an estimated delivery time before placing your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Wise and bank transfers. Secure payment links are also available.

Can I return a sourced bag?

Every bag is sourced specifically based on your request, making it a personalized order that cannot be returned.

How much is shipping and do you ship worldwide?

Shipping is included in the quoted price and we offer worldwide shipping.

Do you provide invoices and/or order confirmations?

Yes, we do provide official invoices and we can provide you with an order confirmation as well.

When and how is payment made?

Once you’ve confirmed you’d like to proceed with the bag, we’ll send you our payment details. We only accept full payment upfront. As soon as your payment is made, we’ll start processing your order and keep you updated throughout the process.

What is the private group?

Our private group gives members access to latest bags from our trusted global network. Whether you’re a collector or a reseller, you’ll get early access to new arrivals, sold-out pieces and exclusive sourcing opportunities.
