These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors (“Customers”) of this website and to every offer, order, and agreement made through our webshop.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

2. Use of Our Website

Customers are responsible for how they use this website and for ensuring that any purchases meet their needs.
    •    This website is intended for general information and personal use. We reserve the right to change the content, availability, or pricing of any product at any time, without prior notice.
    •    While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information on this website is complete, up to date, or free of errors. We are not liable for any decisions made based on such information.
    •    All text, product images, and layout are owned by Iconswearvintage. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute this content without written permission.
    •    Any misuse of this website, such as fraudulent activity or unauthorized reproduction, may result in legal action and/or financial claims.
    •    These terms take precedence over any terms submitted by Customers, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (for example in a separate agreement or quotation).

3. Authenticity

We only sell 100% authentic, pre-owned designer items. All pieces are professionally verified by our trusted team of authentication experts. We take the authentication process seriously and guarantee that every item listed is genuine.

4. Product Condition

Each item is carefully inspected and categorized under one of the following five condition levels:

    •    As New – Like new, with no visible signs of wear.

    •    Excellent – Very lightly used, with only minimal signs of wear.

    •    Very Good – Gently used, with light but visible signs of previous wear.

    •    Good – Clear signs of use, but still fully functional and wearable.

    •    Worn – May need repair/fixing. Still wearable but visibly lived-in.

All items are second-hand and may show signs of use.

5. Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include 21% VAT, in accordance with Dutch tax law. Prices are subject to change at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Europe via insured PostNL shipping. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Customers will receive a tracking code upon shipment, and a signature is required on delivery.
    •    Within the EU: No import duties apply due to free trade between EU countries.
    •    Outside the EU: Customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.

If these fees are not paid and the item is returned to us, we will refund 80% of the order value, minus any administrative and shipping costs. We cannot accept returns based on unpaid import charges.

7. Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
    •    The item is in the same condition as received
    •    The original security tag is still attached
    •    Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the Customer

We do not accept returns for damaged items, items that have been altered, or items with the security tag removed. Please note: Returns are at the risk of the buyer. If your return parcel gets lost or fails to reach us, we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when sending back your return.

8. Final Sale Items

All items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please review all product details carefully before placing a sale order.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

10. Lost Parcels

If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier after we received proof of the Customer that his/her order did not arrive. A refund will only be processed once the loss is confirmed by the courier.

11. Liability

We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier mistakes, or any damages that occur after the package has left our hands. We are also not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our website or products.

12. Trademark Acknowledgement

Iconswearvintage is an independent seller of pre-owned luxury goods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the brands sold on our site.

All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the registered property of their respective owners. We fully acknowledge and respect the rights of all original trademark holders.

13. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in the case of pricing errors, suspicious activity, or limited stock availability.

14. Product Images & Visuals

We always include clear photos of the actual item you are purchasing. However, please keep in mind that the item may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, or personal interpretation. In some cases, we may also include styling images or reference photos to show how the item looks when worn or styled. These additional photos are for inspiration purposes only and do not represent the exact item being sold. By purchasing, you acknowledge that only the product photos itself reflect the actual condition of the bag you will receive.

15. Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screens and lighting, the actual color of an item may vary slightly from what appears online. We are not liable for minor color discrepancies.

16. No warranty disclaimer

Iconswearvintage does not provide a commercial warranty on any items. All products are sold as-is, in accordance with their described condition.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
