Are the items authentic?

Yes. Authenticity is extremely important to us. We work with a team of trusted experts who specialize in verifying designer items. Each piece is carefully inspected through professional authentication methods to ensure it is 100% authentic before it reaches you.

How is the condition of a vintage item determined?

Each item is categorized based on its condition, so you know exactly what to expect. We use the following five condition levels:

    •    As New – Like new, with no visible signs of wear.


    •    Excellent – Very lightly used, with only minimal signs of wear.


    •    Very Good – Gently used, with light but visible signs of previous wear.


    •    Good – Clear signs of use, but still fully functional and wearable.


    •    Worn – May need repair/fixing. Still wearable but visibly lived-in.

All items are second-hand and may show signs of use.

Can I cancel my order?

We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@iconswearvintage.nl or send a message to @iconswearvintage on Instagram and include your order number. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the cancellation.

Is TAX included?

Yes, tax is already included in all our listed prices. As a registered business, we are legally required to charge 21% TAX.

Can I return items on sale?

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. We kindly ask you to consider this before placing your order.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

If you're located within the European Union, you're in luck. There is free trade between EU countries, so no customs duties or import taxes will apply to your order.  However, if you're ordering from outside the EU, additional charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details specific to your country.

Who pays customs charges?

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If import duties or taxes are not paid resulting in your order being returned to us, we will refund 80% of the order value, minus any administrative or shipping costs we've incurred. Please note that we cannot accept returns based on unpaid customs charges.
