General Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors (“Customers”) of this website and to every offer, order, and agreement made with IWV, whether places through our website or directly with us.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from placing an order.

2. Use of Our Website
Customers are responsible for how they use this website and for ensuring that any purchases meet their needs.
• This website is intended for general information and personal use. We reserve the right to change the content, availability, or pricing of any product at any time, without prior notice.
• While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information on this website is complete, up to date, or free of errors. We are not liable for any decisions made based on such information.
• All text, product images, and layout are owned by Iconswearvintage. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute this content without written permission.
• Any misuse of this website, such as fraudulent activity or unauthorized reproduction, may result in legal action and/or financial claims.
• These terms take precedence over any terms submitted by Customers, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (for example in a separate agreement or quotation).
3. Authenticity
We only sell 100% authentic designer items. All pieces are professionally verified by our trusted team of authentication experts. We take the authentication process seriously and guarantee that every item listed is authentic. If an item is proven inauthentic by a trusted third-party authentication service, supported by valid proof, the customer will get a full refund.
4. Product Condition
Each item is carefully inspected and categorized under one of the following five condition levels:
• Brand New/Kept Unused – Brand new or never used.
• As New – Like new, with no visible signs of wear.
• Excellent – Very lightly used, with only minimal signs of wear.
• Very Good – Gently used, with light but visible signs of previous wear.
• Good – Clear signs of use, but still fully functional and wearable.
Most bags are pre-owned and may show signs of use.
5. Prices & VAT
All prices in our group are shown in euros (€) and do include 0% VAT for registered businesses.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery takes approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the location of the bag. Feel free to ask us for an estimated delivery time before placing your order.
7. Orders & Availability
Most items offered by IWV are sourced through our trusted global network and are subject to availability. Availability may change at any time, including before or shortly after payment has been received, as items may be sold through our network before sourcing is completed.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received by IWV. While we make every effort to secure the requested item, availability cannot be guaranteed until the sourcing process has been successfully completed.
If the requested item becomes unavailable after payment has been received, IWV will inform the customer as soon as possible. In such cases, the customer may choose to receive a full refund or have the payment applied toward sourcing a comparable item.
8. Payment
Payment is required before we place your order. We currently accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and Wise. Payment links are also available upon request.
9. Returns
Every bag is sourced specifically based on your request, making it a personalized order that cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if the item is proven to be inauthentic by an acknowledged third-party authenticator.
10. Pre-Orders/Sourced Bags
IWV may act either as a reseller or as a sourcing intermediary, depending on the specific transaction. Where IWV acts as a sourcing intermediary, it arranges the purchase of an item on behalf of the Client and does not act as the seller of that item.
In such transactions:
a. The Client is the intended purchaser and owner of the sourced item.
b. IWV does not obtain ownership of the sourced item as owner.
c. The economic risk associated with the sourced item rests with the Client from the moment the item is purchased on the Client’s behalf, except where any loss or damage is directly caused by IWV’s proven negligence or misconduct.
d. IWV does not act as the seller of the sourced item and therefore does not provide its own warranty regarding the item. Any guarantees regarding the item are provided by the supplier, not by IWV.
e. Sourced items are non-returnable, unless proven inauthentic. Any claims relating to returns, refunds, or other issues concerning the sourced item shall be subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions. IWV may facilitate communication with the Supplier.
f. By instructing IWV to source an item, the Client authorizes IWV to facilitate payment, shipping, and other arrangements necessary to complete the transaction on the client’s behalf.
11. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been placed within our network yet.
12. Liability
We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier mistakes, or any damages that occur once your bag has been shipped. We are also not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our website or products.
13. Trademark Acknowledgement
Iconswearvintage is an independent seller and/or sourcing intermediary of pre-owned luxury goods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the brands sold on our site.
All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the registered property of their respective owners. We fully acknowledge and respect the rights of all original trademark holders.
14. Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in the case of pricing errors, suspicious activity, or limited stock availability.
15. Product Images & Visuals
We always include clear photos of the actual item you are purchasing. However, please keep in mind that the item may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, or personal interpretation. In some cases, we may also include styling images or reference photos to show how the item looks when worn or styled. These additional photos are for inspiration purposes only and do not represent the exact item being sold. By purchasing, you acknowledge that only the product photos itself reflect the actual condition of the bag you will receive.
16. Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screens and lighting, the actual color of an item may vary slightly from what appears online. We are not liable for minor color discrepancies.
17. No warranty disclaimer
Iconswearvintage does not provide a commercial warranty on any items. All products are sold as-is, in accordance with their described condition.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
